Movement Prep:

1) EMOM for 5 minutes:

2 1 & 1/4 Front Squats @ 50%

2) EMOM for 5 minutes:

2 Push Press @ 50%

3) 3 rounds of:

30 Double-Unders
2 Muscle-Ups

Rest 1:2

*Notes: Limit transition time as much as possible. Chalk hands before beginning DU to allow for a faster transition.

Conditioning:

CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.3
